Job summary

Pasona in Tamil Nadu, Oragadam is seeking a production planning professional to manage end-to-end production planning and control. The role requires coordinating between production, procurement, and dispatch to ensure seamless operations and on-time delivery.

The candidate will optimize manpower and material planning, monitor WIP, and drive improvements in delivery performance, cost control, and inventory management while ensuring accurate ERP/KGS data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end production planning and control functions
• Ensuring smooth coordination between production, procurement, and dispatch
• Leading production planning, scheduling, and material coordination to ensure seamless operations
• Ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) through proactive production plan monitoring and adjustments
• Optimizing manpower utilization and material planning to improve operational efficiency
• Monitoring Work-in-Progress (WIP), identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective measures to reduce waste and delays
• Ensuring effective usage of ERP/KGS systems with strong control over data accuracy and reporting
• Driving continuous improvement in delivery performance, cost control, and inventory management
• Coordinating closely with cross-functional teams such as Purchase, Stores, Production, and Sales
