Job summary

Tufropes in India invites applications for a PPC professional to coordinate production planning for orders, manage raw material requirements, and schedule M/C wise production against current order book.

You will generate daily/weekly/monthly plans, liaise with SCM and sales for dispatch, monitor fill rate and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvements to reduce downtime and waste.

Responsibilities

• Plan production per order book and dispatch date alignment.
• Determine RM/PM requirements based on order MRP or status.
• Create date-wise/weekly production plans by machine.
• Coordinate with purchasing for inventories as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports.
• Track plan vs. actual daily performance.
• Maintain RM/FG inventory reports weekly/monthly.
• Develop daily dispatch plans with marketing and dispatch teams.
• Coordinate with SCM for dispatch activities.
• Collaborate with sales for orders and required reports.
• Provide recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Build knowledge transfer processes to share proceedings with team.

Job description

PPC

• 1. Production Planning for Order, Order booking & dispatch date as per current order book position.
• 2. RM/PM Requirement basis on order MRP Or order basis & in-house status
• 3. Date wise / Week wise Production Plan scheduling, - M/C Wise
• 4. Follow with Purchase against the requirement,
• 5. Reports Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
• 6. Plan v/s Actual- Daily basis Meeting
• 7. Inventory Management Report - Weekly & Monthly- RM/PM.
• 8. Daily dispatch Plan, Follow with Marketing & dispatch team
• 9. Follow with SCM team for dispatch activity
• 10. Coordinate with sales team for Order& reports (as required)
• 11. Provides recommendations on enhancing productivity and reduction of down time and wastages.
• Develop knowledge systems to percolate the proceedings to the team members
• 12. Conduct RCA (Root cause analysis) to recognize and solve problems to achieve business objectives.
• 13. Maintain flexibility in approach (including working hours) to support global customers.
