Job summary

FastFlowPe is seeking a partnerships leader to drive and manage relationships with banking partners, onboard banks onto our TSP/PSaaS layer, and structure commercial arrangements that include SaaS/white-label deployments.

You will own end-to-end onboarding, collaborating with product, engineering, compliance, and legal, while tracking performance against targets and staying compliant with RBI/NPCI changes. A strong network with cooperative banks and SFBs is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in payments/fintech/banking.
• Experience with bank partnerships or TSP/PA-PG arrangements.
• Strong understanding of UPI, NetBanking and bank APIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network with cooperative banks/SFBs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• • Build and manage relationships with bank and PSP partners for TSP, connected banking, and white-label deployments
• • Own end-to-end bank onboarding, working closely with product, engineering, compliance, and legal
• • Structure and negotiate commercial terms, including SaaS/white-label revenue arrangements
• • Track partner performance against volume, revenue, and growth targets
• • Stay current on RBI/NPCI regulatory changes and ensure compliance across bank partnerships
• • Formalize partnerships through agreements, coordinating cross-functional closure
• • Identify new bank and PSP partnership opportunities, including cooperative banks and SFBs

Requirements

• • Minimum 4 years of experience in payments/fintech/banking, with exposure to bank partnerships or TSP/PA-PG arrangements
• • Strong understanding of UPI, NetBanking, and bank API integration ecosystems
• • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• • Self-starter with strong analytical ability and comfort with data/MIS
• • Existing network with banks (especially cooperative banks/SFBs) is a plus
