Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI) and/or Node.js (Express.js).
• Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of security best practices, especially in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
