Job summary

Oxford Placement seeks an experienced professional to lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives at our chemical/API operations in Dahej. You will drive process and value stream mapping, data analysis and daily management system enhancements.

The role requires a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 10–15 years in OPEX, certified Lean Six Sigma belt, and strong change management skills.

Qualifications

• B.Tech(Chem) with 10-15 years of operational excellence in chemical/API industry.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma belt.
• Strong analytical and change management skills.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, RCA tools and process mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Operational Excellence & continuous improvement initiatives through process and value stream mapping and data analysis.
• Develop and implement Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and waste/cost reduction initiatives.
