Job summary

Bajaj Consumer Care is seeking an Experienced Manufacturing Excellence professional to lead Lean transformation across multiple plants. The role focuses on TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership to improve QCD through cost-effective automation and debottlenecking.

You will deploy excellence strategies, standardize CI tools, and drive high-impact initiatives in production planning, material flow, and ESG/sustainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or similar process industry.
• Expertise in Lean systems, TPM, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong change agent with ability to drive Lean transformation and CI tools.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation or Masters degree in Mechanical / Electrical or related field. Certification in Lean Systems & Six Sigma will be preferred.

Industry & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or a similar process industry.
