Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience.
• Exposure to Manufacturing Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Expertise in Lean methodologies (Kaizen, VSM, Waste Elimination).
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma tools (DMAIC, DOE, SPC).
• Hands-on experience with RCA, 8D, FMEA, and OEE improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and business transformation initiatives across manufacturing locations.
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety, and delivery performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Partner with plant and functional leaders to improve manufacturing efficiency.
