Role & responsibilities

• Should have Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Productivity Improvement
• Proficient in handling Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, 5S, OEE Improvement, Process Optimization, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Cost Reduction
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational excellence programs

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech/ B.E with 4+ Years of Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing preferably from FMCG Industry
