Job summary

Bajaj Consumer Care seeks an Experienced Manufacturing Excellence leader with strong TPM and Lean Systems expertise across FMCG/process industries to drive Lean transformation, standardize CI tools, and deploy excellence strategies across multiple plants.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer goods, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deliver cost savings, productivity gains, and ESG initiatives through Kaizen, debottlenecking, and digitalization.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Masters in Mechanical or Electrical or related field (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
• 5+ years in Consumer Goods or similar process industries.
• Certification in Lean Systems & Six Sigma preferred.

Job Role:

Experienced professional with strong expertise in TPM & Lean Systems across FMCG & Process Industries. This role is for a Manufacturing Excellence person responsible for driving Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and strategic execution across multiple manufacturing units. The position requires a seasoned change agent with good expertise in TPM, Lean systems, Six Sigma and cross-functional leadership. As a key driver of operational performance, this role will lead the deployment of Excellence strategies, standardize CI tools and templates, and oversee high-impact initiatives in QCD by low-cost automations, Innovative Kaizen Mindset, and debottlenecking
