Job summary

Torque Pharmaceuticals in Solan, India seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement Lead to drive Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and delivering sustainable solutions.

You will map processes, redesign workflows, standardise SOPs, and reduce cycle times while developing KPIs and dashboards to monitor productivity, quality, and cost. This role demands strong change leadership and hands-on training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Supply Chain, Operations, Pharmacy, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Production/Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling, or Plant Operations.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is mandatory.

Responsibilities
