Qualifications

• BE / BTech (Full-time) is required.
• Experience leading TPM on the shop floor.
• Strong change management and coaching skills.
• Experience implementing Lean Sigma practices on manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities

• Actively support TPM activities on the shop floor.
• Lead Promotion Campaign, coach leaders and team members for Ops Excellence in the factory.
• Assess implementation progress; coordinate TPM trainings at all levels.
• Promote cross-fertilization of ideas, standards and improvements; coordinate external consultants if applicable.
• Develop and implement maintenance systems and processes at site.
• Motivate and empower people and drive culture change toward the plant vision.
• Communicate TPM activities and results; ensure TPM impact on results and culture.
• Provide feedback on TPM progress to Steering Committee.
• Conduct training for daily management tools.
• Conduct Lean Sigma (Green Belt) training.
• Lead 5S initiatives on shop floor and offices.
• Identify individual training needs.
• Design and launch themes for mass involvement and time-bound improvement.
• Set criteria for R&R schemes and certification of teams.
• Organize functions for reward and recognition events.
• Lead the team for external competition and events.

Senior Manager - Operational ExcellenceOE Divisional/ site expert on the Lean Sigma & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology. Lead the change process by working closely with the Site Head and the rest of Site Leadership Team in their journey of shop floor transformation.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively support the teams in the TPM activities on the shop floor.
• Lead the Promotion Campaign, coach leaders & team members for Op. Excellence in the factory
• Assessment of the implementation progress. Conduct/ coordinate TPM trainings at all levels.
• Promote and support cross-fertilization of ideas, knowledge, standards and improvements. Coordinate the support from external consultants if applicable.
