Job summary

HRD House in Pune, India, seeks an experienced professional to drive operational excellence at a pharma manufacturing plant. You will lead CI, Lean and TPM initiatives, monitor equipment and process performance, and ensure GMP/Schedule M compliance, supporting continuous improvement across the site.

The role emphasizes problem solving, CAPA, Change Control, and downtime measurement, with periodic audits of the daily management system. 7–10 years in pharma operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations.
• Strong experience with GMP/Schedule M and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance.
• Experience in Operational Excellence, CI, Process Improvement and Performance Management.
• Proven ability in problem solving and initiating corrective actions.
• Experience in Change Control, OOS, OOT, Deviations, Rejections and CAPA.

Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Plant at reputed Pharma formulation Company in near Pune, will be responsible for Drive and facilitate operation excellence Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean and TPM initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate B.Pharam or relevant science bachelor's degree with 7 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/operations.
2. Candidate should have good experience in GMP/Schedule M and pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance.
3. Candidate should have good experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, and Performance Management.
