• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and other departments.
• Review maintenance reports, logbooks, checklists, and equipment records.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and control the MEP maintenance budget and operational expenses.
• Plan and execute MEP projects, renovations, and improvement works.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure proper housekeeping of engineering areas.
