Job summary

K Raheja Corp in Maharashtra is seeking a senior MEP Project Lead with 12-15 years of experience to oversee Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom, CCTV, Security and Safety systems on flagship projects. The role requires design input, BOQ preparation, procurement coordination, and on-site installation, testing and commissioning across HV and LV systems, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical, Mechanical engineering.
• 12-15 years of experience in MEP for large projects (hotels, malls, high-rise structures).
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom, CCTV, Security and Safety systems.
• Prepare detailed BOQ and check consultant BOQs; raise purchase requisitions.
• Plan and design MEP systems; develop standards and inspection procedures.
• Install, test and commission HV/LV panels, cables, transformers, DG sets, etc.
• Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers on design aspects.
• Review and provide design inputs across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom, CCTV, Security and Safety systems.

EXPERIENCE:

• 12-15 Years of expertise in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing functions in large projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, high rise complexes, state of art commercial buildings etc

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall responsibility of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems of the project
• To prepare detailed BOQ
• Checking the BOQ of consultant & preparing purchase requisition
• Planning and design in the areas of MEP systems including developing standards and inspection procedures for MEP matters
• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all HV and LV Panels, Cables, Transformers, DG Sets etc.
• Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to design aspects related to MEP.
• Review and provide design inputs on Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Telecom Systems, CCTV, Security and Safety Systems
