Job summary

Altraize is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to oversee operation and maintenance of critical building services in commercial facilities in Mysuru.

You will manage electrical and mechanical systems, perform preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety compliance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Diploma, BE or BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in Facility Management for large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical MEP systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain shift logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support business continuity during shifts.
