Job summary

ALTRAIZE in Hyderabad is seeking a proactive Facility Manager to oversee operation and maintenance of critical building services in commercial facilities. The role requires hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations with minimal downtime.

Key duties include operating and maintaining MEP systems, conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety, SOPs, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical distribution, and power equipment is a plus.
• Applicable to facility management in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities
