Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Facility Management experience in commercial buildings, IT Parks, hospitals or large townships.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems and building services.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical MEP systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical system issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain shift logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and support business continuity during shifts.
