Job summary

OCS Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise day-to-day maintenance activities across Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP/WTP, DG, and Fire Fighting systems. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns within SLA.

The role requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and technicians, maintaining logs and reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities of Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, STP/WTP, DG, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Monitor contractor and technician performance to ensure quality work.
• Attend and resolve breakdown complaints within the defined SLA.
• Conduct routine inspections of all MEP equipment and systems.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, equipment history, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, EHS standards, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and service providers for maintenance activities.
• Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory and raise material requisitions when required.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance documentation is updated.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
