Job summary

Altraize in Tamil Nadu seeks a proactive Facility Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical building services in commercial facilities. You will manage day-to-day MEP systems, drive preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance across the site.

The role requires hands-on experience with chillers, DG sets and transformers, plus maintenance of HVAC, HT/LT panels, STP/WTP, and electrical distribution systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of chillers, DG sets and transformers.
• 3–6 years in facility management across commercial premises.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical MEP systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain shift logs, checklists, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Respond to emergencies and support business continuity during shifts.
