Job summary

Michael Page in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to design and deliver training programmes across the organisation. You will partner with senior leaders to identify learning needs and create engaging content for workshops and e-learning.

This permanent role offers exposure to leadership development initiatives, collaboration with external vendors, and the chance to drive measurable improvements in employee capability while maintaining comprehensive records
