Job summary

Amber Enterprises India is seeking an experienced L&D leader to drive 70% of learning initiatives and 30% HR operations across manufacturing locations. You will design and deliver soft skills and leadership programs up to Senior Manager level, create training content, and monitor needs across India.

The role requires travel across the country, strong facilitation and communication skills, and a proactive, result-oriented mindset. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience in delivering soft skills and leadership training programs.
• Knowledge of HRMS/LMS platforms such as Darwinbox will be an added advantage.
