Job summary

Ipca is seeking a warehouse professional to manage material receipt, storage and issue in compliance with SOPs. The role requires coordinating with procurement for raw materials and solvents per production plans, and ensuring timely purchase requisitions.

You will manage SOP preparation, training adherence, and QA/QC coordination within the warehouse, including QMS activities. The candidate will interact with commercial, production, quality and other departments to ensure smooth SCM operations,

Qualifications

• Role requires maintaining warehouse activities such as material receipt, storage, issue and documentation per SOPs.
• Coordinate with commercial department for procurement of raw materials, packing material and solvents as per production planning and generate/approve purchase requisition.
• Ensure completion of all trainings related to warehouse as per training schedule.
• Prepare departmental SOPs & revision of SOPs as per schedule.
• Check and sign GIM, requisition of RM/PM/solvents/cylinders and related warehouse documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse activities including receipt, storage, issue, and documentation per SOPs.
• Coordinate procurement with commercial team for RM/PM/solvents per production plan and lodge purchase reqs.
• Complete all warehouse-related trainings as per schedule.
• Draft and revise departmental SOPs per timetable.
• Review and sign inward memos and warehouse-related documents (GIM, RM/PM requisitions).
• Coordinate with production, quality control, QA and other departments on warehouse activities.
• Oversee SCM tasks like label rebel requests and tanker adjustments.
• Review re-test/rejected/non-moving materials and packing items.
• Handle warehouse QMS items (CCP, TCCP, Deviation, CAPA, EC, etc.).

Role & responsibilities

• 1. To maintaining warehouse activity like material receipt, storage,issue and documentation of warehouse as per SOP's.

• 3. to ensure completion of all type training related to warehouse as per training schedule.
• 4. Preparation of departmental SOP &revision of SOP as per schedule.
• 5. to check and sing GIM (good inward memo), requisition of RM/ Pm/solvemts/cylinders and other document related to warehouse.
• 6. Co-ordination with commercial department, production department. quality controls department, quality assurance department related with warehouse activity.
• 7. SCM operation for approve label rebel request, tanker adjustment entry etc.
• 8. To review of re-test/Rejected/Non-moving raw materials & Packing material.
• 9. Handling of warehouse related QMS(CCP, TCCP, Deviation, CAPA,EC,ETC.)
