Job summary

Zenzi Pharmaceutical Industries in Maharashtra, India, seeks a warehouse operator to unload and label raw materials, store materials per conditions, and load finished goods into vehicles on instruction from warehouse staff.

You will maintain location charts, log entries, and operate equipment while keeping the warehouse clean and compliant with GMP and safety norms. Balance checks and material issuance to production are also included.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and material handling.
• Familiar with GMP and safety norms in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials and packing materials from vehicles.
• Segregate materials and ensure proper labeling.
• Store materials at designated locations per storage conditions.
• Load finished goods into vehicles as instructed by warehouse staff.
• Issue raw materials and packing materials to production.
• Maintain and update location charts of all storage areas.
• Record entries in the Log Book.
• Operate warehouse equipment (electric stackers, pallet trucks).
• Maintain cleanliness across the warehouse.
• Perform balance verification in presence of warehouse staff.
• Record temperature and relative humidity of storage areas.
• Follow GMP and safety norms across the warehouse department.
• Carry out any other responsibility assigned by management.

Job description

• a. To unload of raw material, packing material, consumables materials from the vehicles as per instruction of warehouse officer/executive.
• b. To segregate the raw material, packing material and finished goods batch wise and ensure proper labelling.
• c. To store the raw material, packing material and finished goods at designated locations as per storage condition
• d. Loading of Finished Goods in the vehicles as per instruction from warehouse officer/executive.
• e. To issue the raw material and packing material to production
• f. To maintain and update the location chart of all storage areas.
• g. To do the entries in Log Book.
• h. To handle and operate the equipment such as Electric Stackers, Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine, De-Dusting Tunnel, Hand Pallet Truck, Vacuum Cleaners of warehouse department.
• i. To maintain proper cleanliness across the warehouse.
• To perform the balance verification in presence of warehouse .
• a. To record the temperature and rh of warehouse storage areas
• b. To follow that GMP and safety norms across the warehouse department
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Management / Manager
