Job summary

Vtransport in Lucknow, India is seeking a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, and to supervise warehouse staff.

You will ensure inventory accuracy, cycle counting, timely documentation, monitor GRN and material movement, coordinate with transport, operations, customers and internal teams, maintain 5S standards, and prepare daily/weekly reports while supporting audits and ensuring SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Ensure inventory management, stock accuracy and cycle counting.
• Monitor GRN, put-away, picking, dispatch and material movement processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of warehouse records.
• Coordinate with transportation, operations, customers and internal teams.
• Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Monitor manpower productivity and operational performance.
• Handle discrepancies, damages, shortages and inventory-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, company policies and safety guidelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational and inventory reports.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures.
