Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates qualifications, communication skills, and interest in the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring requirements and meet recruitment timelines.
