Job summary

Haier Appliances in Pune is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and experienced positions. You will source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, and screen resumes against job requirements.

You will coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, manage recruitment trackers and MIS, and assist with offer rollouts and pre-joining activities. MBA with HR specialization is required; female candidates are preferred.
