Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management is seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across IT and non-IT roles. You will source, screen, and pipeline candidates, coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers, and manage offers and onboarding.

You should excel at candidate management, communication, and working within tight timelines to deliver quality profiles for multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements within defined TATs.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements across various functions and levels.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, compensation, and job fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality of submissions and TAT.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in internal systems.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines.
• Follow up on offers, joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Work closely with the team and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with IT + Non-IT recruitment experience, where Non-IT hiring is the major part, can also be considered.
• Good sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within defined TATs.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
