Job summary

Lupin is seeking a manufacturing professional to support coating processes and batch manufacturing under supervision. You will follow BMR instructions, operate and clean equipment, and maintain GMP-compliant areas and records.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or coating environments and relevant vocational/diploma qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. You will participate in SOP-driven activities and training, contributing to process excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of work experience in manufacturing or coating environments.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP and data integrity practices.
• Exposure to SOPs and BMR-based work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture/coat batches under supervision following BMR instructions.
• Operate and clean equipment and accessories as per SOPs.
• Maintain GMP-compliant area, machines, and records.
• Perform in-process checks and record results per documents.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Handle line clearance during batch changeovers and ensure SOP compliance.

Job description

1. Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.

2. Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.

3. Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.

4. Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.

5. Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.

6. Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.

7. Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.

8. Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.

9. To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.

10. To handle the coating machine make ACG.

11. Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.

12. To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
