Job summary

Lupin is seeking a manufacturing operator to work under supervision on batch production per BMR instructions. You will operate and clean equipment, perform in-process checks, and ensure GMP compliance across the manufacturing area.

The role includes line clearance during batches and handling the ACG coating machine, with fault-troubleshooting as needed and participation in planned training sessions.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy or Electrical background preferred.
• Vocational in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture/processing of batches under supervision as per BMR instructions.
• Operate and clean equipment and accessories per SOPs.
• Maintain GMP compliance and document checks as per SOPs.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments.
• Perform line clearance during batch/product changeovers.
• Handle coating machine (ACG) and troubleshoot coating-related issues.

Job description

Job Description

• Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the coating machine make ACG.
• Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
