Job summary

Lupin is seeking a Diploma holder in Mechanical or Electrical for a hands-on production role in our manufacturing facility in India. You will ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S standards while following SOPs and batch records.

You'll be involved in coating line operations, in-process checks, calibration and preventive maintenance, line clearance during changeovers, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production.
• Coating machine operation knowledge preferred.
• cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S compliance.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Follow SOPs and report quality concerns or suggestions.
• Manufacture/processing of batches under supervision per BMR.
• Operate and clean equipment and accessories per SOP.
• Maintain area and machines per GMP requirements.
• Perform in-process checks and record results.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Line clearance during batch-to-batch/product changeovers.
• Handle the coating machine (ACG).
• Troubleshoot coating-related issues as needed.
• Attend cGMP/On Job/Functional trainings.

• Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the coating machine make ACG.
• Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
