Lupin is seeking qualified personnel to join its pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The role involves ensuring compliance with cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S standards, and performing manufacturing activities under supervision as per BMR.

Candidates should hold a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or vocational equivalent) with 2–5 years of experience, and be adept at operating and cleaning granulation-related equipment, with attention to SOPs and training requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Vocational in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical.
• 2–5 years of work experience in manufacturing or related environment.
• Experience with cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S standards preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate and clean equipment and accessories per SOP.
• Perform line clearance during batch/product changeovers per SOP.

Job Description

• Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the Granulation related equipment such Sifter, RMG, FBD, ROLL COMPACTOR and CO-MILL.
• Trouble-shooting of Granulation related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
