Job summary

Lupin Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in India to support coating and related production activities. You will comply with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S requirements, follow SOPs, and report quality concerns to supervisors.

Responsibilities include manufacturing or processing batches under supervision per BMR, operating and cleaning equipment, performing in-process checks, and maintaining calibration and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational qualifications relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing or electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Experience with GMP, GDP and data integrity practices is preferred.
• Ability to follow BMRs and SOPs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture/processing of batches under supervision as per BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment and accessories per SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines per GMP requirements.
• Perform in-process checks and record results in documents.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment and instruments.
• Line clearance during batch to batch/product changeover and ensure SOP compliance.
• Handle coating machine make ACG and troubleshoot coating-related issues.
• Attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.

• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the coating machine make ACG.
• Trouble‑shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
