Job summary

Lupin is seeking a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience for a hands-on role in manufacturing and quality compliance. The candidate will perform batch manufacturing under supervision, handle coating machinery, and ensure calibration, maintenance and adherence to SOPs.

A Diploma in Pharmacy or related electrical background is preferred, with emphasis on data integrity and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include in-process checks, reporting concerns, and participating in cGMP

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, GDP, and data integrity standards as per SOPs.
• Report quality concerns or improvement suggestions to supervisors.
• Manufacture/process batches under supervision following BMR instructions.
• Operate and clean equipment and accessories per SOPs and GMP.
• Maintain area and machines per GMP requirements; perform line clearance during changeovers.
• Conduct in-process checks and record results accurately.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment per schedule.
• Attend required cGMP/on-the-job/functional trainings.

Job description

• Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the coating machine make ACG.
• Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
