Job summary

Lupin Ltd in India is seeking a Diploma holder to join our manufacturing team for QA/Production support. You will ensure cGMP compliance, operate granulation equipment, and perform in-process checks as per BMR.

The role requires 2-5 years’ hands-on experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow SOPs and conduct line clearance during changeovers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with cGMP, GDP and data integrity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirements.
• Operate and clean granulation equipment: Sifter, RMG, FBD, Roll Compactor, Co-Mill.
• Perform in-process checks and record results as per BMR.
• Calibrate and maintain manufacturing equipment as per schedule.
• Line clearance during batch-to-batch and product changeover as per SOP.
• Attend cGMP/ On Job /Functional training as scheduled.

Job Description

• Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.
• Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.
• Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.
• Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.
• Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.
• Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.
• Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.
• To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.
• To handle the Granulation related equipment such Sifter, RMG, FBD, ROLL COMPACTOR and CO-MILL.
• Trouble-shooting of Granulation related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.
• To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
