Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience in GMP environments.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is mandatory.
• Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S requirements; able to follow SOPs and BMRs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, GDP, data integrity, EH&S requirements.
• Execute manufacturing/processing per BMR under supervision.
• Report quality concerns to supervisors/managers.
• Operate and clean coatings equipment per SOPs; keep area and machines GMP-compliant.
• Perform in-process checks and record results.
• Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment as scheduled.
• Perform batch-to-batch line clearance during changeovers.

1. Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.

2. Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.

3. Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.

4. Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.

5. Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.

6. Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.

7. Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.

8. Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.

9. To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.

10. To handle the coating machine make ACG.

11. Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.

12. To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
