Job summary

Lupin in India is seeking an experienced production professional to ensure compliant manufacturing of coated products. You will operate coating machines, maintain records in BMR, perform in-process checks, and participate in line clearance during changeovers, under GMP, GDP, data integrity, and EH&S guidelines.

The role requires 2-5 years of experience and relevant diplomas in Pharmacy or Electrical disciplines; vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy or Electrical.
• Vocational in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of work experience in manufacturing/production.

Responsibilities

• Comply with cGMP, GDP, data integrity and EH&S requirements.
• Follow all applicable SOPs and report quality concerns or improvement ideas.
• Manufacture/process batches under supervision as per BMR instructions.
• Operate and clean equipment and accessories per SOPs.
• Maintain area and machines to GMP standards.
• Perform in-process checks and record results in documents.
• Coordinate calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Perform line clearance during batch/product changeovers.
• Handle coating machine Make ACG and troubleshoot coating issues.
• Attend required cGMP/on job/functional training activities.

1. Comply with all cGMP, GDP, Data integrity and EH&S requirement.

2. Conduct all activities as per the applicable SOPs.

3. Report any quality concern or suggestion for improvement to supervisors/ managers.

4. Manufacturing / processing of batches of assigned products under supervision as per instructions given in the BMR.

5. Operation and cleaning of equipment’s and accessories used in related production activities as per respective SOP.

6. Up-keeping area and machines as per GMP requirements.

7. Performing in-process checks as per respective BMR and recording of results in respective documents as applicable.

8. Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and instruments as per approved schedule and the results of same meeting the standards.

9. To perform line clearance activity during batch-to-batch and product to product change over and ensure the compliance as per SOP.

10. To handle the coating machine make ACG.

11. Trouble-shooting of coating related problem of machine and process as and when necessary.

12. To attend required cGMP/ On Job /Functional training activities as per planner.
