The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing spares, documenting breakdowns, and implementing TPM, Kaizen activities, and Poka Yoke improvements to ensure continuous process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Maintenance technician with preventive and predictive maintenance duties.
• Troubleshoot and fix machines to minimize downtime.
• Maintain PM activities based on breakdowns.
• Spare parts management and TPM implementation.
• Kaizen and Poka Yoke activities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining uptime of the machine.
• Manage final assembly line machines, downtime testing and maintenance.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Review PM activities periodically based on breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and fix machine failures.
• Predict potential problems and take preemptive actions.
• Solve problems with CFT team using problem-solving tools.
• Establish and monitor MTTR and MTBF for testing equipment.
• Escalate open points and breakdowns to suppliers and close gaps.
• Test and troubleshoot product failures; provide quick solutions.
• Spare parts management and TPM implementation.
• Lead continuous improvement and training of testing staff.
• Prepare check sheets and work instructions; maintain audit docs.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintaining of uptime of the machine.
• Handling entire final assembly line machine and equipment's devices Responsible for all Testing, & Final assembly machines downtime Carry out Preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Periodical review of PM activities based on breakdowns.
• Carryout Troubleshooting and fixing the machine when there is a failure.
• Should predict the problems on the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown.
• Problem solving through CFT Team and using appropriate problem solving tools. Tooling management.
• Establish and monitor the MTTR & MTBF for testing equipments and entire line Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns and its closure.
• Responsible for testing & trouble shooting of product failures and provide quick solutions to the production lines.
• Yield Analysis and Documentation.
• Supervision and training of all testing stage technician. Documentation of breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Spare parts management and follow-up to get the spare parts. Implementation and maintain of TPM.
• Responsible for Continuous improvement Responsible for individual target and department target.
• Co-ordination with PO for improvement activities.
• Prepare the check sheet and work instruction as per the requirement and changes Maintaining the documents as per the audit Start up activity during long time machine ideal Poka Yoke Kaizen activity
