Job summary

Kalyani Technoforge (KTFL) is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to manage plant gear-domain maintenance, drive reliability, and ensure adherence to PM protocols. You will analyze breakdowns, implement countermeasures, and coordinate preventive activities to minimize downtime.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience with gear systems and a focus on safety, efficiency, and MTBF/MTTR improvements within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• BE in Electrical or Electronics or Diploma in Electrical or Electronics.
• Experience in overall plant maintenance for Gear domain.

Responsibilities

• Review maintenance logs and perform Why-Why analysis to identify root causes.
• Attend and diagnose breakdowns and implement countermeasures.
• Deploy countermeasures across the same machine group.
• Update PM TBM and CBM checksheets regularly.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare action plans for abnormalities during PM.
• Ensure 100% adherence to PM scheduling.
• Create critical spare part lists for machine groups.

Role & responsibilities

Going through maintenance log book for happened Break down ,and Checking and correct the Why -Why analisys of happened Breakdown for correct root cause and countermeasure

Attending and diagnosis Breakdown

Horizontal deployment of countermeasure actions on same group of machine

Ensure updating of PM TBM and CBM checksheets

Preventive maintenance of machine schedule

Action plan for abnormality during PM

Ensure adherence to todays schedule for chance maintenance

Ensure the 100% adherence to PM

Creating critical spare part list for machine group

Ensure the TBM carried out as per plan

Preparation of step 0 for JH

Red Tag removing

Ensure JH Step-2 and 3 Activities on respective cells are carried out

Ensure no problem due to equipment. Plan to correct of found deviation/Abnormal

Ensure daily power consumption report

Failed parts analysis and corrective action to avoid premature failure

Generate ideas for Energy saving Kaizens

Removing of unsafe condition

Monitor the actions taken on safety audit and review regularly

1s-2s zone audit & maintain floor discipline and maintenance room

Generate and implement MTBF kaizen to enhance the part life and MTTR kaizen to reduce maint time

Kaizens to reduce PM activity time

Monitor implementation of kaizen, poka yoke and its sustenance

Preparation of overhead structure before machine shifting or installation

Support to project for Utility,new as well as old machine shifting,installation and commissioning activity

Educational Background

BE-Electrical or Electronics / Diploma-Electrical or Electronics

Must have experience in overall plant maintenance for Gear domain
