Job summary

Highway Roop Precision Technologies is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to troubleshoot CNC, VMC, SPM, and other machines and to perform preventive, predictive, and general maintenance. You will manage hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, gearbox, spindle, bearing, chuck and other mechanical systems, while analyzing breakdowns via RCA/5 Why and implementing permanent corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Attend and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns of CNC, VMC, SPM and other machines.
• Carry out preventive, predictive and general maintenance.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, gearbox, spindle, bearing, chuck and other mechanical systems.
• Analyze breakdowns through RCA / 5 Why and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, machine availability and breakdown downtime.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, machine history and breakdown records.
• Ensure availability of critical mechanical spares and coordinate with suppliers.
• Implement 5S, TPM, Poka-Yoke, Kaizen and safety practices in the maintenance area.
• Support machine modification, reliability improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance and safety standards.
