Job summary

Vrinda Global seeks a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Technician to service CNC and VMC machines in Pune. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot faults in control panels, motors, drives and sensors, and support safe commissioning and repairs.

Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and industrial wiring, with a focus on safety and documentation; you will collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime and uphold

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in CNC or VMC machine electrical maintenance.
• Experience in preventive and/or corrective maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical panels, motors, sensors, switches and industrial wiring.
• Basic understanding of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives and machine control systems.
• Ability to identify faults and restore machine operation safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of CNC/VMC machines and other industrial machinery.

• Diagnose machine breakdowns and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and maintain electrical components, control systems and machine safety circuits.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
• Assist with machine installation, electrical testing, commissioning and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams to resolve machine issues.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and industrial maintenance standards.
