Job summary

Techbridge Resources is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician in Mumbai to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on CNC machines such as VMCs, HMCs, and turning centers. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and CNC control issues and help maintain and calibrate Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi controllers.

You will coordinate with production to minimize downtime, maintain logs and spare parts, and support TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, VMCs, HMCs, Turning Centers, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC control system issues.
• Maintain CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Heidenhain.
• Carry out machine alignment, calibration, and parameter backup/restoration activities.
• Monitor machine health and implement predictive maintenance practices.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and spare parts inventory.
• Install, commission, and validate new CNC machines and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and TPM requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, Kaizen, and OEE enhancement initiatives.
• Analyze recurring machine failures and implement corrective actions.

• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, servo systems, PLCs, and electrical circuits.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, and CNC machine drawings.
