Job summary

Srimukha Precision Products in Tamil Nadu requires an experienced maintenance technician to oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines in an auto-components setting. You will diagnose faults, perform alignment and accuracy checks, and coordinate with electrical maintenance for control issues.

The role involves restoring machines quickly, maintaining lubrication and coolant systems, and executing PM plans while ensuring safety and 5S standards on the shop

Qualifications

• Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
• Diagnose faults in spindles, ball screws, guideways, lubrication, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Carry out alignment, leveling, and accuracy checks.
• Read mechanical drawings and apply maintenance best practices.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Machine maintenance and reliability improvements.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
• Diagnose mechanical faults in spindles, ball screws, guideways, lubrication, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Carry out alignment, leveling, and accuracy checks of machines.
• Replace/repair worn-out mechanical components.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with electrical maintenance for control/servo issues.
• Restore machines quickly to minimize downtime.
• Execute scheduled PM plans and checklists.
• Monitor vibration, noise, temperature, lubrication and backlash.
• Maintain lubrication and coolant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Maintenance
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines
• Diagnose mechanical faults in spindles, ball screws, guideways, lubrication, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Carry out alignment, leveling, and accuracy checks of machines
