Job summary

INDO-MIM Limited in Chennai invites a skilled CNC Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for electrical maintenance of CNC machines and hands-on troubleshooting across Siemens, FANUC, and Mitsubishi controls.

Key activities include preventive and predictive maintenance, spindle and ball screw work, axis alignment, and servicing DG sets, HVAC, and air systems to minimize downtime. The role requires 3–7 years experience and strong diagnostics abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC machine electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting with CNC controls (Siemens, FANUC, Mitsubishi).
• Experience with VMC, HMC, CNC turning, and Robodrill.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair DG sets, air compressors, HVAC, chillers, AHU, air dryer, VCB, and ACB; ensure spare planning and PM execution.

Job Description CNC Maintenance Engineer

Experience 3–7 Years

Required Skills

• Must have CNC machine electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with Siemens, FANUC, and Mitsubishi CNC.
• Hands-on experience with VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and Robodrill.
• Electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.
• Machine geometry checking and correction.
• Axis alignment and machine levelling.
• Ball bar test and analysis.
• Ball screw replacement and troubleshooting.
• Spindle assembly, dismantling, and troubleshooting.
• Servo motor and servo drive troubleshooting.
• PLC and ladder logic troubleshooting.
• Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of DG sets.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of Air Compressor, HVAC, Chiller, AHU, Air Dryer, VCB, and ACB.

Mandatory Requirement
