Job summary

Hni Autotech in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, is seeking a CNC maintenance technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines, aiming for maximum uptime. The role requires troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and coordinating with the production team to ensure smooth operation.

Candidates with B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical and fresher to 2 years experience, willing to work rotating shifts, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and follow TPM, 5S and safety procedures.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
• Maintain daily maintenance records and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Follow TPM, 5S, and safety procedures during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operation
• Knowledge of CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, and SPM machines.
• Basic knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Fanuc, etc.).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Fresher to 2 Years ( CNC Machine Maintenance ).
• B.E/Diploma ( Mechanical ,Electrical)
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Age: 18 - 26 years.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
