Vision Esteem Chandigarh is seeking a logistics coordinator in Mohali to manage documentation and shipment handovers, coordinating with CHA, despatch teams, and sales to ensure smooth rail and port loading processes.

The role involves preparing MIS, invoices, packing lists, and compliance documents (COC, GSP, APEDA) and coordinating with factories for timely follow-ups and ERP-driven invoicing and packing lists.

Responsabilités

• Prepare MIS, Invoice, Packing list, COC, GSP, Apeda, etc.
• Coordinate with CHA & line for Booking & Shipment handover disport.
• Coordinate with despatch, packing, stock, stuffing, railment cargo Bulk vessel loading, for port.
• Coordinate with sales department and follow up with the factory.
