Job summary

Fena in Haridwar is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage stock monitoring, dispatch planning, and transporter coordination. The role requires hands-on experience in SAP stock checks and daily reporting to HO and unit heads.

The candidate should be systematic, self-motivated, and attentive to detail, ensuring timely communications with billing, transporters, and production teams. On-site work in Haridwar is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOPA & Financial Goods Stock monitoring report send to HO every morning.
• Prepare Order vs. Stock monitoring report send to Unit Head, Production Team & Purchase every morning.
• Planning Dispatch as per pending orders.
• Contact with transporter and vehicle arrangements as per plan.
• Update vehicle information status report.
• Update Yesterday dispatch report.
• Update Truck Loading Slip & Consignment loading slip.
• Daily physical stock taking and cross check with SAP Stock.
• Give Intimation through email to Billing Section for generating Bill on received of the vehicle.
• Review of E - Way Bill expire date in transit vehicle.
• Planning with labour contactor for arrangements of adequate labour.
• Transporter freight bill POD & Clubbing of vehicle check and processing for payment.
• Way-bill generation.
• Freight bill and POD uploading in SAP.
• HO communication with logistics team, support team and SAP Team.
• Working for freight quotation for Newly appointed location and send for approval
• Market return good received.
• Review of Transporter Performance.
• Review current consumer and trade scheme.
• MIS Preparation
• EUROS report preparation
