Arova Pharma is seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export logistics operations, ensuring timely shipment execution and accurate documentation.

The role requires coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and internal teams to ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation, aiming for smooth and compliant exports from Ahmedabad region.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in export logistics and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, DGFT regulations, duty drawback, and CHA coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage export shipments from planning to final delivery.
• Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bills of Lading.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and CHA for shipment execution and customs clearance.
• Plan dispatch schedules and monitor shipment status.
• Process duty drawback claims and export incentive documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, customs procedures, and BRC/eBRC requirements.
• Maintain shipment records and provide regular status updates.
