Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export operations from Hyderabad, India. You will coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, CHA, and customs authorities to ensure timely dispatches and accurate export documentation.

The role demands strong Excel skills, meticulous documentation, and excellent coordination between departments to meet delivery timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with Export Documentation and Shipping Operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics and dispatch planning.
• Manage export-import procedures and documentation.
• Prepare complete export documentation and coordinate with shipping lines for draft and BL release.
• Handle BL checklist approval for export and import shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers for container stuffing and customs handover.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Coordinate with clearing agents for cargo clearance.
• Coordinate with shipping lines to minimize transit time and track ETA/ETD.
• Coordinate with plants for export shipments and interact with Customs, DGFT, and ECGC.
• Maintain shipping MIS.

• Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
• Coordinate with clearing agents for timely cargo clearance.

• Coordinate with plants for export shipments and interact with government officials from Customs, DGFT, and ECGC.
• Maintain shipping MIS.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Incoterms, export procedures, and logistics coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
