Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur seeks an experienced LAP product sales professional. You will build and source customers through DSAs, channel partners, and other channels to achieve key metrics like IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.

You will coordinate loan due diligence with credit and technical teams, supervise documentation for sanctioning and disbursement, and manage post-disbursement support to ensure targets for the LAP product are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience in NBFC or Bank (5-6 years).
• Graduate degree or higher.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.

Role Requirement

• Candidate should have a minimum 5 years of experience in the LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Should have handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience required: 5-6 years in an NBFC or Bank.
• Education: Graduate and above.
