Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to drive LAP product sales through Direct Selling Agents and channel partners in the NBFC/banking sector.

You will assess loan applications, oversee documentation for sanctioning and disbursement, and ensure post-disbursement support to customers. Strong targets and incentives are offered. Candidate should have 5+ years of LAP experience, ticket sizes of 50 lakhs+, and a graduate degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LAP product and sales through DSAs.
• Handled a minimum ticket size of 50 lakhs and above.
• Experience 5-6 years in NBFC or Bank.

Responsibilities

• Build and source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and other sourcing channels.
• Achieve key business metrics including IRR, fee income, and cross-selling of insurance products.
• Conduct initial assessments of loan applications for login and facilitate visits with the credit and technical teams for loan due diligence.
• Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement.
• Track and update PDD (Post-Disbursement Documents) and provide post-disbursement support to customers.
• Achieve business targets for the LAP product.
